I have been working with this shepherd to get better fleeces in a good range of types typical of the 5 breed bloodlines. His flock never sees a barn – it’s always ranged in grassy pasture with sheep shelters so there’s very little dirt and VM in the fleeces, they’re always nice and clean. This one is a really soft example of Scottish Blackface. It’s got a great dual coat. There’s a bit of staining that often happens in this breed but all the locks are sound.
Average staple 3″ inner; 7″ outer
